RAW MATERIAL ANALYSIS
The several types of yarns and fibers used in the production of clothing have its quality already assured by suppliers, still, a laboratorial comparison is carried out in order to certify the material received. Some yarns/fibers undergo more specific tests such as: strength (tensile strength), stretch at breaking point, residual and dimensional shrink, and tests of resistance to hydrolysis and chemical resistance.

PRODUCT'S ANALYSIS
From yarn preparation and loom adjustment to the finishing process, Huyck.Wangner works with a self-controlled quality system, where each department within the company is responsible for its own inspection.  After the finished product, all project parameters are mandatorily verified and a sample of the together with its documentation are analyzed and filed. Our products are fully traceable.

ANALYSIS
Following our strict policy for quality, one sample of each delivery is kept at Huyck.Wangner's lab so that, after using a product in the Machines, it is possible to make comparisons to their initial status in order to carry out any fine adjustments for future deliveries. According to technical standards, these samples must be kept for up to one year after the date when the product started to be used in the machines.
